Finance That Actually Functions
Most businesses I encounter have a bookkeeper or a controller and call it a finance function. That is not a finance function. I take your P&L and unstructured data, think SAP transaction data and raw operational exports, and convert it into a strategy for product development, reducing operating burn, and increasing net income. I will build you an actual model you can raise against, whether from a bank or an equity investor. I have done this. That is the difference.

Full-Scope Corporate Finance, Delivered
The company came to us mid-cycle with a stack of unresolved corporate finance needs: convertible note conversions, a 409A valuation, federal fundraising compliance, an employee stock option plan, cap table management, board decks, investor relations, FP&A support, and quarterly reporting. Everything was behind and nothing was systematized. We came in and delivered the full scope. Every item. On time. The engagement continues today because the work earned it.
From Traction to Infrastructure
The company had traction but no infrastructure to capitalize on it. No investor collateral. No formal distribution channels. No financial model. No data room. We built a custom 3-statement financial model, investor decks, and pitch scripts. We overhauled the product development roadmap, sharpened the ICP, and rebuilt the value proposition. We leveraged AI tools to produce a full brand design guide that gave the company a coherent visual and messaging identity for the first time.
